Keep each property separate
For more than one property, create a separate entry for each address. Record the building contact, access arrangements, reported issue and equipment involved. Similar symptoms at two addresses do not establish that the same repair applies.
Identify the task that needs attention first and explain why. Do not combine optional improvements with an active problem without distinguishing them.
Reuse records without losing context
Keep reports, model information and photographs attached to the correct property and date. Note what work has already been completed and what was only recommended.
Where different people authorize work, identify their roles before discussing a combined schedule. This avoids presenting one contact’s request as approval for every address.
Request a property-specific scope
Ask for proposed work, access and scheduling to be identified by address. Confirm whether one visit or several are being discussed and which tasks remain conditional on assessment.
The regional service page is the broad Outaouais overview. This guide is for coordinating multiple enquiries without assuming identical systems, territory coverage or pricing across properties.
